Equality Funding

White HR Solutions is a member of Equality Authority SME Consultants panel. This panel is funded by the Equality Mainstreaming Unit (EMU) which is jointly funded by the European Social Fund 2007-2013 and by the Equality Authority.

As a member of the panel White HR Solutions has access to funding to work with clients on equality projects. Essentially, the role of White HR Solutions is to encourage companies to take some 'supported time' to look at how a planned and systematic approach to equality and diversity could make a positive difference to the development of an equality infrastructure in the company. This can include devising or updating equality policies in relation to employment or customer service in line with the Employment Equality Act, 1998 to 2007 and the Equal Status Acts 2000 to 2004, setting up an equality committee, helping appoint an equality officer, providing briefing sessions on equality, holding equality focus groups with employees, assisting with practical measures aimed at positive action towards employees and customers, help develop an equality and diversity training strategy. Depending on the size of your organisation up to 5 days consultancy support by White HR Solutions is funded by this scheme.
