Ria White is Director of White HR Solutions Ltd which she established in June 2005.  An experienced consultant and trainer Ria has used her extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice to bring together a suite of services including HR support and outsourced HR Solutions and HR training. Ria provides a professional and affordable approach to human resource management services with a particular emphasis on personalised solutions for clients.

Ria is a business graduate of the University of Limerick where she undertook a degree in HRM and law, she is also a Chartered member of the CIPD. Previously Director of HR Services in Graphite HRM, Ria is a specialist in the practical application of employment law, and continues to be contributing editor for Ireland’s leading employment law reference manual Personnel Policies and Procedures – the law in perspective.

The services offered by White HR Solutions have been devised specifically to provide a personalised offering to clients based on Ria’s understanding of the challenges faced by many employers in relation to employment law and how it relates to people management. Ria White is widely known in the HR community in Ireland because of her extensive consulting client base from sme’s to large multinationals, public to private sector. She has also conducted many nationwide seminar events in conjunction with Mason Hayes and Curran, Allianz, BDO Simpson, Graphite HRM, MOP, Dublin Chamber of Commerce, HR Ireland, AIG. She has also contributed to various media on topical employment law issues such as WLR Business Brief, Business Waterford, the Independent - Careers and Jobs, Sunday Business Post, Sunday Independent, Retail Pharmacy, Irish Broker Magazine, Food Service and Catering Magazine.
